What is Tenant Insurance?
How Much is Tenant Insurance?
So an average annual insurance bill is around $240-$300. It pays to ask yourself if you're paying this for 3-4 years if the aggregate cost of insurance is worth it for you. Also make sure when picking tenant insurance you check if it covers those higher value items (be it a bike, a piece of art, a ring or necklace, or a suit or item of clothing.) The reason to check this is to weight the balance between cost of insurance and what it will cover if anything happens.
