Their online tools for portfolio management are free to use, however, their human advisor service requires an account minimum of $100,000 and a 0.89% fee on assets under management. With Personal Capital’s Personal Strategy service investors will receive a customized portfolio of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and stocks, tax optimization, rebalancing, smart weighting, and a dedicated advisor.
